Waves of change

The sea,
Ever-changing, ever moving,
Relentless in its progress.
The land,
Stubborn, headstrong,
Bracing against the tide.
Clash of titans,
Sea eroding land,
Land polluting sea.
Both affect the other,
‘Til the victor stands alone,
However, it does not have to end this way.
Land can bend to sea,
Understand the wisdom in change,
Accept the tide and let it take you.
To ride the waves of change,
To follow the progression and prosperity,
Or the stability of tradition.
Will you ride the waves of change?
